Pagamento e Reembolso
- A comissão será iniciada quando for pago o valor da pedido antecipadamente- O pagamento no momento no PIX e PicPay em reais (BRL) PayPal (USD)- Apos o pagamento vou começar a fazer o rascunho. Durante o processo, vou mandar prints de como a arte está ficando para feedback, correções e sugestões- Depois que o rascunho estiver pronto, quaisquer alterações que forem pedidas após a finalização do rascunho serão cobrados +20% do valor base- Caso for cancelar o pedido de busto ou fullbody no meio do processo, será reembolsado metade do valor, porém se o pedido não estiver finalizado ou iniciado será reembolsado 100% do valor para o cliente, mas caso a arte estiver finalizada, não será possível pedir o reembolso- Para pedidos de icone, será reembolsado 100% do valor apenas para os clientes eu que não conseguir finalizar a arte ou no estiver no início do processo do pedidoProcedimento
- O tempo de conclusão varia de 1 semana a 1 mês dependo da complexidade da arte e demanda de pedidos- Qualquer imprevisto que for afetar o atraso da peça encomendada será notificado para o cliente- Como artista, tenho o direito de recusar qualquer pedido com o qual faça me sentir desconfortávelCopyright
- Os clientes podem usar a arte encomendada para uso pessoal (colocar nas redes sociais, usar em vídeo do YouTube, etc)- Caso a finalidade for para uso comercial, terá que ser negociado. Payment and Refund Policy
- The commission will only begin after full upfront payment has been made- Payment methods: PIX and PicPay in Brazilian Real (BRL), or PayPal in USD- After payment is confirmed, I will start working on the sketch. During the process, I will send progress screenshots for feedback, corrections, and suggestions.- Once the sketch is completed, any additional changes requested after sketch approval will be charged an extra +20% of the base price- For bust or full-body commissions, if the order is canceled during the process, 50% of the total amount will be refunded- If the order has not been started yet, 100% of the payment will be refunded- If the artwork is already finished, refunds will not be possible- For icon commissions, 100% refund will only be issued if I am unable to complete the artwork or if the commission has not yet been startedProcess
